Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not feasible and are subject to product inspection and policy conditions.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Credit / Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original card within 10 business days after the return process is completed.
  • Bank Transfer / Net Banking: Refunds will be credited to the original bank account within 10 business days after return approval.
  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be initiated only when replacement is not possible due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Product received is damaged or defective (verified by inspection)
  • Incorrect product or quantity delivered
  • Product materially differs from the description on the website
  • Product is permanently out of stock

Non-Refundable Charges

Unless required by applicable law, the following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping, handling, and logistics charges
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees
  • Payment gateway or transaction processing fees

Re-Shipment After Quality Inspection

If, after receiving the returned product, our Quality Inspection Team identifies discrepancies but determines the product is eligible for re-shipment, the product will be sent back to the customer.

  • In such cases, courier or shipping charges for re-shipment must be borne by the customer.
  • Courier charges incurred for sending the product to Electrihub are not reimbursable.

How to Request a Refund

  • Notify Electrihub Support within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Share clear images of the product and original packaging
  • Wait for confirmation and return authorization
  • Ship the product as per instructions provided by our support team

Refunds are processed only after successful receipt and inspection of the returned product.
