Electrihub provides worldwide shipping for electrical and automation products through trusted international and domestic logistics partners to ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery across global locations.
Shipping Charges
Shipment costs are charged at actuals and are calculated during checkout based on product weight, dimensions, destination country, shipping mode, and logistics partner.
Logistics & Dispatch
- Shipments are carried out through reputed logistics partners using road, rail, sea, and air transport depending on destination and delivery requirements.
- Air freight shipments may attract additional packaging, handling, and compliance charges, which will be communicated to customers on a case-to-case basis.
Delivery Timelines
- Items marked as In Stock are typically delivered within approximately 7–10 business days for domestic orders and 10–20 business days for international orders, depending on destination.
- We strive to process and dispatch orders on the same business day if the order is placed and acknowledged before 12:00 PM (IST), subject to availability and destination, at an additional cost.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping destination, customs clearance, and logistics serviceability.
- Items that are not in stock are generally delivered within 30 business days from the date of order placement, subject to OEM production schedules and global supply chain availability.
- For standard products, customers may request cancellation if delivery is not completed within 30 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Order Tracking & Delays
- Shipment tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched, enabling customers to monitor delivery status in real time.
- Estimated delivery dates mentioned on the website are indicative and may vary due to customs clearance, transit delays, or regional regulations.
- If a delay exceeds 15–20 working days beyond the estimated delivery timeline and the shipment is returned to us, a full refund will be issued.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
For international shipments, applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and statutory fees as per Indian and destination country government regulations shall be borne by the customer. Electrihub is not responsible for delays caused due to customs clearance procedures.
Limitations & Liability
- Electrihub is not liable for missing or lost shipments that are beyond our reasonable control, including delays caused by customs authorities, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the items have been dispatched from our facility.
- Force Majeure: Electrihub shall not be responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, geopolitical events, strikes, pandemics, or international logistics disruptions.
